Animal Health Certificate

Travelling to Europe? Here's how it works:

1. Ensure your pet's rabies vaccination is up to date

Contact your usual vet and ensure that your pet's rabies vaccination has been given at least 21 days before (unless this vaccine was a booster). Rabies vaccines are usually valid for three years.

2. Make an appointment

Use our online booking function to arrange an appointment at a time that suits you.

3. Contact your vet

Your vet must send us proof of the rabies vaccine, including proof that your pet's microchip was scanned at the time of vaccination. Please have them send this clinical history to info@petpassportvet.com

4. Fill in the form

Ahead of your appointment with us we must have details of you and your pet in order to organise your certificate - please complete the form here at least three days before your appointment.

5. Come and see us!

Please arrive at your appointment on time. To allow us to complete your certificate you must bring with you any pet(s) that you intend to travel, and the person named on the certificate must also be present.
